Winslow Youth Football & Cheering is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to putting on a youth football and cheering program for the youth in the Winslow and Vassalboro Maine areas.  We strive to allow youth to grow into hard working community leaders through the lessons learned through the activities of football and cheerleading. As an organization we strive to promote the qualities of leadership, discipline, perseverance and teamwork.  Ensuring the safety of our youth is the top priority of the board of directors, coaches, volunteers and parents.  All coaches are certified through USA Football while also being subject to a background check.  

WYF&C offers 3 different football programs and 2 different cheerleading programs all designed to bring the most out of the youth's experience.  

Working with the technique of the "Heads Up Football" program developed by USA Football, all football athletes are taught proper techniques for contact keeping their head out of every play they make on the field.

Our cheerleading program introduces athletes to the basics of the sport. Cheerleaders will learn numerous cheers, chants, and halftime routines while discovering how to engage and excite the crowd.
